What a subscription includes

One price, the whole shop. No add-ons, no per-feature tiers.

Orders & deliveries

Capture items, card message, recipient and time slot. Move orders from New to Delivered on a live board, print tickets, card inserts and driver route sheets.

Customers & occasions

Save birthdays and anniversaries for every customer and get reminded before they come round. Sort customers into your own groups — corporate accounts, wholesale, regulars.

Money & cash book

Take part payments and refunds, see what is outstanding, close the till at the end of the day, and keep a running cash book of what went out as well as what came in.

Suppliers & stock

Keep the growers and wholesalers you buy from with their tax details and IBAN, and see at a glance what you have paid each of them. Count what is in the bucket: orders take their own flowers off the shelf, a bouquet made of parts takes its parts, and what went in the bin is written down as wastage with what it cost you.

Your shop's own rules

Opening hours and closed days so an order is never promised for a day you are shut. Ready-made card messages. Your own payment methods, product list and prices.

Your team, your look

As many owners and staff as you need, each with their own sign-in. Six themes including a dark one. Two dozen languages, picked for you by the country you open the page from and changed whenever you like, with prices and dates written the way your country writes them.

Your own web shop

A window of your own: the bouquets you price, with photographs, that a customer can order and pay for. The money goes to your own payment provider — iyzico in Türkiye, PayPal elsewhere — and never through us. Orders land on the same board as everything else.

Orders from your customers

A page your customers fill in themselves, from a link in your bio or a QR code on the counter. They say what they would like and when; you price it and call back. Nothing is charged and nothing is promised for a day you are shut.

Telling the customer

Short e-mails from your own mailbox when an order arrives, when it leaves the shop and when it has been delivered — so replies come to you, not to us. Switch any of them off and orders carry on exactly as before.

How a day goes

Three screens, from the phone ringing to the money in the till.

1 · Take the order

Start typing a name and past customers come up with their address. Pick items from your product list or type your own, add the card message, set the delivery date and slot. Take the money now or leave it open.

2 · Run the board

Every order for the day sits in one column each: New, Designing, Ready, Out for delivery, Delivered. Drag the day along as the work gets done. Anything overdue is marked, so nothing quietly slips.

3 · Close the day

Print the driver's route sheet before they leave. At the end, cash up: what was taken, by which method, and what is still owed. Then the cash book shows what the day actually left you.

What it costs

€20.00 / 1 month

The whole shop, every feature above, however many orders you take.

The free trial

  • 14 days, free.
  • No card, no payment details at sign-up.
  • Nothing is held back — the trial is the full thing.

When the trial ends

Your shop keeps working as a read-only record: you can still sign in, look at every order and customer, and export them. Adding and changing waits until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden — a late payment costs you time, not your records.

How you pay

  • Card
  • Havale / EFT
    Ziraat Bankasi TR12 0001 0000 0000 0000 0000 00 Aciklamaya dukkan adinizi yazin.

Card details, if you pay by card, go straight to the payment provider. They never reach our server.

Questions people ask

Can I stop?
Yes. Stop paying and the shop turns read-only at the end of the period you have paid for. Your records stay.
How many people can use it?
As many as you like. There is no charge per person.
Can I get my data out?
Orders export to CSV, which opens in Excel. That works during the trial, while you subscribe, and after it has ended.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes — it is a website, so there is nothing to install. The delivery board and order form are built for a phone in one hand.

What you can print

  • Order ticket for the bench, with items, card message and delivery details
  • Card insert, just the message, sized to go with the bouquet
  • Route sheet for the driver: the day's deliveries in order, with addresses and phone numbers
  • End-of-day cash-up to check the till against
  • A QR code for the counter or the window, opening your order form or your web shop

What the reports tell you

  • Sales and money collected, day by day
  • Best sellers, and which occasions bring the work in
  • Where orders come from: walk-in, phone, website, social
  • Your best customers, and what is still owed to you
  • What is running low on the shelf, and what each bouquet costs you to make
  • Any of it exported to CSV, including one file of takings for your accountant

Your records

Every page is served over HTTPS. Your shop sees only its own data — orders, customers and takings are never shared with another shop. The database is backed up before every update, and orders export to CSV whenever you want them.

Not here yet

So you know before you start: there is no e-archive invoicing and no SMS sending. Card payments from your own customers do work, through your own account at iyzico or PayPal — the money goes straight there, never to us, and we only write the payment against the order. If one of the missing ones decides it for you, ask before you sign up.

Try it with this week's orders

Sign up, add a few products, and put a real order through. If it does not save you time, walk away — there is nothing to cancel.
